Civic Square will come to life on the grounds of the old Omaha Civic Auditorium. “The Civic” (as it was called) was a special place with special memories for Omahans for more than 60 years. People of all ages visited for concerts, Broadway shows, NBA basketball, Creighton University basketball, UNO hockey, Omaha Beef football, circus big tops, graduations and the 1988 vice presidential debate.

The new Civic Square neighborhood takes urban living up an important notch. Everything is here to live, work and enjoy your best life.
