The transformation of the Turner Park Apartments included turning 58 units of Class C apartments into historically significant urban cultured apartments. The Residences at Liberty Campus

Affordable Housing for Seniors (55+) & Veterans

The revitalization of the historic 47-acre Liberty Campus, formerly the Grand Island Veterans Home which opened in 1888, is centrally focused on addressing the community's need for affordable housing. The initial effort, the affordable housing, introduces 46 affordable units specifically for seniors with a preference given to veterans and their families. This campus also includes plans for further development including office, workforce housing, and renovated greenspace. out priority is carefully preserving and rehabilitating the existing historic structures while honoring the campus's legacy.

Mural Apartments

Centennial Mall | Lincoln, NE

The Mural Mixed-Use Development, located on a city block in the heart of downtown Lincoln, Nebraska, is a significant project specifically designed to provide much-needed affordable housing for working families. The development features 90 affordable apartment units, with ground floor retail and a publicly accessible green space. The Ames Row Houses are fulfilling a void of affordable new housing options located at the intersection of 58th and Fowler street. These homes are part of our larger ‘Ames Plaza’ development. The twelve, three-bedroom two-bathroom affordable housing units were completed in in 2018 and are at 100% occupancy.
