Hotel Deco

Hotel Deco is one of downtown Omaha's landmark buildings and was crowned by U.S. News and World Report as the '2018 Best Hotel in Nebraska'. It was built in 1930 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the only 'Historic Hotel of America' property in the state of Nebraska.
White Lotus Group purchased the 97,000 square foot property in 2010 and renovated 89 hotel rooms, the restaurant, lobby, conference rooms and exterior. Historic tax credits were utilized.

Monarch Restaurant

Monarch Restaurant was originally the hotel restaurant for Hotel Deco, but because of Omaha's rich food scene, we quickly realized than this space had much more potential than we originally thought. As the property owner, we partnered with Ethan Bondelid and his team at Maven Social to help bring our creative vision to life.
After extensive construction, the restaurant is now a modern steakhouse, featuring a methodically developed dry-aging program, contemporary cocktail menu and an exquisitely designed wine list. They serve daily lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.
There’s one word to describe the restaurant’s dining room: sexy. The scene is dimly lit and rich, the color scheme black, gold and oxblood. Murals of dark florals are dotted with dimensional butterflies. Wood tables and velvet chairs sit on vintage terrazzo floors among retro-feeling arched doorways.
Monarch Restaurant was voted as the 2019 'Best New Restaurant' in Omaha.

Wicked Rabbit Lounge

Wicked Rabbit is the most unique location in Omaha to sip on a hand crafted cocktail. This speakeasy style bar has a "Down the Rabbit Hole" motif - including swanky furniture and ornate architectural details. The space is small and the tables fill up fast - but if you're lucky enough to grab a seat you won't forget the one-of-a-kind drinks - some that are rare to find these days. Wicked Rabbit is located directly North of Hotel Deco in downtown Omaha, NE.

The Alice

The Sister of the Wicked Rabbit, The Alice is a larger format speakeasy craft cocktail bar in West Omaha. It’s always tea time here, and the whimsical space truly makes guests feel as if they are at an elegant version of the Mad Hatter’s tea party.

Winter Park Mountain Lodge

White Lotus Group purchased this 30+ acre site and lodge in 1998, and completed substantial renovations and updates. Over the years, the team has added a pool/sauna area, a wedding venue, over 8,000 square feet of meeting space and a restaurant/brewery.
The Lodge is directly across from the Mary Jane Mountain - Winter Park's famed terrain for bumps and spectacular tree skiing and riding. There are 3,081 total skiable acres, including 166 designated trails and 1,212 acres of off-piste terrain.
In the summer months, locals and visitors enjoy mountain biking and hiking those same trails.
