Loess Hills Logistics Hub will be Mills County's largest and most premier Class A Industrial Park addressing the increasing demand for warehousing, particularly in the manufacturing, cold storage and dry distribution sectors.

This site is 171 acres, expandable to 440 acres, and the planned development proposes up to eight buildings totaling approximately 2MM square feet. Sizes can range from 210,490 SF to 769,500 SF. Building size, location and configuration are customizable to tenant requirements, however heavy trailer parking, storage yards and single or cross-dock configurations are available. This location is ideal, with it being only 100 yards from the I-29 and Hwy 34 interchange.


I-80 Logistics Hub

I-80 Logistics Hub is a 138 acre site located right on I-80 with quick access to all of Greater Omaha, Lincoln and beyond.

This industrial park has a total of seven lots ranging from 7 to 43 acres. This site is one of the Metro's few 'Certified Go Ready' sites and includes large shovel-ready industrial tracts, build to suit possible and foreign trade zone/alternative.

White Lotus Group has completed an approximately 300,000 square-foot Class-A industrial building on Lot 2 anchored by XPO Logistics and a 100,000 SF industrial building on lot 4 occupied by Home Depot and Scooters Coffee. Lot 1 features Amazon's last mile facility. Building 5 is 103,000 SF and Building 6 has been built with 148,000 SF of space left available.

Lincoln Logistics Hub will be Lincoln’s premier Class A Industrial Park addressing the increasing demand for warehousing and distribution facilities.

This site is 71.08 acres and the planned development proposes three industrial warehouses on the site. The first will be an approximately 308,880 SF precast warehouse. Building 2 and 3 will include opportunities for future build-to-suit facilities - approximately 368,280 SF and 308,880 SF. This location is ideal, with close proximity to I-80 Interchange and utilities to the site.

Brook Valley Corporate Park

Brook Valley Industrial Park is the newest flexible industrial development that is aiming to address a shortage in high quality product of this kind. Located off of busy 108th and Giles Road and less than 5 minutes from I-80, the buildings feature attractive modern designs and multiple bay sizes to accommodate clients’ needs for light industrial flex space, office space and/or outdoor storage yards.

Building One, 16,200 SF, was completed in July 2021 for eTruck - an electric engine manufacturer. Additional buildings are set to break ground in 2023.

Outlook Industrial

White Lotus Group is representing Outlook Nebraska’s for-profit branch of their business - Outlook Properties as an Owner’s Rep to create a best-in-class 149,000 SF industrial building for lease in the heart of the City of Omaha.

Outlook Nebraska was founded in early 2000, and today, they are the largest employer of the blind and visually impaired not just in Nebraska, but a 7-state region. Outlook produces tissue and towel products, along with hopes, dreams, accomplishments and futures.

The project is expected to be completed in 2024 and has the opportunity for one or multiple tenants.
